My fees fall within the typical range for experienced psychotherapists and creative arts therapists. I am always happy to discuss individual circumstances and aim to keep my work accessible where possible.
Please note that fees can vary between therapists depending on their training, professional background and clinical experience.
Some children and young people may also be eligible for free mental health support through NHS services. If this is something you would prefer to explore, your GP can provide advice about available options.
Therapy Sessions – Child and Adult
50 minutes, £70
£80 if a parent attends the session or for sessions after 5 pm.
Therapy sessions will be agreed in advance and reviewed regularly with parents. Sessions may take place face-to-face or online, depending on what feels most appropriate and helpful.
Report and Letter Writing
£60 per hour
Reports and letters are charged at an hourly rate for preparation and writing, unless they form part of a previously agreed package of care. Charges are depending on the time required.
Parent Review Sessions
50 minutes, £60
Parent review sessions can be arranged regularly or as needed, depending on what feels most helpful at the time. These sessions provide space to reflect on progress, discuss any challenges that may be arising, and consider ways to best support your child between sessions.
Parent review sessions can take place either face-to-face or online.
Sessions and locations
I offer sessions in a number of ways to help make therapy as accessible and workable as possible for families.
Therapy room sessions
My main therapy bases are in Seaford and at Lewes. Sessions held in these spaces are charged at the standard session fee.
Hired therapy spaces
Where helpful, sessions can also take place in hired therapy rooms closer to a family’s location. In these situations the room hire cost is usually arranged and covered by the family alongside the session fee.
If families wish to source a suitable room themselves, therapy spaces can often be found through room-hire directories such as UK Therapy Rooms (www.uktherapyrooms.co.uk) or similar local listings.
Local venue sessions
In some circumstances I can travel to a venue closer to a family’s home and arrange a suitable therapy space locally. Travel time is charged at £45 per hour (pro-rata) and mileage at £0.45 per mile. Travel sessions are subject to availability depending on my clinical schedule.
If families organise and book a suitable local room themselves, I offer a 50% reduction on the travel time element.
All travel arrangements and any additional costs are always discussed and agreed in advance.
